the location is excellent. i found it very easy to get around. self check-in was simple. luggage storage was also available for early arrivals. i appreciated the communal kitchen with a fridge and a microwave.

the room lacked air conditioning, and it was a little too warm for my liking.

I found the location quite convenient. It was very close to the train station, about a 6-minute walk. A shopping mall was also nearby. The self check-in at the kiosk in the lobby worked quickly. If I needed help, I could press the 'help' button and a hotel employee came to assist me within 60 seconds.

The rubbish was not taken out regularly . it wasn't done once during my three days. My room lacked a shelf for shirts and underwear, so I had to keep them in my suitcase. I realize it's advertised as a no-frills hotel but basic standards are still expected.

The hotel location was excellent. It was a short walk to transportation, restaurants and shopping. The beds were very nice. I had enough room for grownups to sleep comfortably!

I had to manually request the cleaning every morning. There is no automatic request for daily cleaning. I got new towels by myself!

I found the self-service options very convenient. Check-in, check-out, and luggage storage were all self-managed. the location was central. I could easily walk to the train station, the airport metro, and the bryggen area. i even received a room upgrade which was a pleasant surprise, it included essential amenities. there was also a convenience shop nearby, very handy for picking up necessities.

I noticed the cleaning wasn't done automatically each day. I needed to request it manually.
